Hanover, Md. – July 26, 2010 – Cathedral Stone Products announced today the launch of its new online ordering and tracking system – Cathedral Stone eTrack System. The new system allows customers to get instant pricing, place orders for products and product samples, track order status, and view order history for Cathedral Stone’s products, including: masonry mortars, coatings, cleaners, strippers, a biological solution, water repellent and oil repellent.

“This is another way we are making our masonry products faster and easier to order for our customers and distributors,” said Dennis Rude, founder of Cathedral Stone Products. “We can now promise a more streamlined and automated buying process that completely eliminates the need for fax transmissions.”

Customers start by creating an account, including login and password, on the eTrack system at http://etrack.cathedralstone.com. Once the buyer’s account information is completed, they can begin placing full orders and requesting color samples. They can also track order history once their account is set up.

Once an order is placed, buyers will begin receiving proactive emails from the Cathedral Stone eTrack System. The emails will alert buyers when: 1) an order has been reviewed and verified by Cathedral Stone; 2) when the order is in production, and 3) when the order has shipped. Buyers will also receive a tracking number for shipment with direct link to the carrier’s website.

Allied Building Products, a long-time distributor of Cathedral Stone’s masonry products began using the eTrack System during the beta phase. Bill Zens, national project manager for restoration and waterproofing at Allied said, “The eTrack System is a welcome addition to our ordering process.
